To set up the Treatlife app for your smart switch, simply scan the QR code in the user guide or search for "TREATLIFE" in the App Store or Google Play, download the app, and register it. Make sure your phone and switch are connected to the 2.4G WiFi network, then power on the smart switch and long-press the ON/OFF button to enter pairing mode. Follow the in-app instructions to pair the device, input your WiFi password, and successfully add it to your WiFi network.

Before installation, please note the following: - Neutral wires are required, as they are present in most US homes built after 1978. If unsure, consult an electrician. - Ensure your home circuit has a neutral wire, as the switch requires it for compatibility. - Only install one 3-way switch per circuit, positioning it on the side nearest the power source. - Tighten wire caps securely during the wiring process to ensure the switch receives power. - Pairing must occur in the 2.4GHz network frequency band, as the switch does not support 5GHz.
