The alexa outlet works with 2.4 GHz WiFi, and if your router supports both 5G and 2.4G, please switch to 2.4G and reconnect.
One of our dual AC outlets is equivalent to someone else's two outlets, making it a great choice for you. The maximum power is 1200W, and if it exceeds, it will automatically power off protection, please confirm the power of the device. To get started, you need to download the AvatarControls APP. Search "AvatarControls" on the App store or scan the QR code on the user manual to download it. Please turn on your phone's Bluetooth and connect to 2.4G WiFi. Add the device by selecting "Add Manually" and choosing "Plug (BLE+Wi-Fi)". These two tips will help you solve 90% of your connection problems.
Sync with Alexa by logging in to the Alexa App, choosing Skills, and searching for "Smart Life". Select "Smart Life" in the search results, and then click the Enable skill. If the account has been bound, click on Disable Skill and click on Enable to bind a new account. Connect Google Assistant by logging in to the Google Home app, selecting "home control" menu, tapping "+", and searching for "smart life". Choose "Smart Life" and enter your app account and password, then "Link Now" and start your home journey.
